SFX官方聲明即將已競標的方式賣出線上音樂串流媒體Beatport
由於在Beatport母公司近幾年連續的財務虧損，迫使他們即將與其他24家對Beatport有收購興趣的獨立公司/廠牌進行面談。而主要的競標活動將在4/28日正式登錄，5/3正式展開。競標的底價將在25萬美金以上，最終的贏家將在5/5正式由SFX宣佈。
而下文的敘述也提及Beatport的資產其實對SFX是非常有價值的，但由於SFX近期的財務狀況無法在未來負擔更多投資資金在Beatport上所以決定將Beatport售出。
原文：“While the Beatport Assets are valuable to the SFX enterprise, given SFX’s current financial condition, SFX cannot afford to make additional investments in Beatport as may be needed in the future, and therefore, has decided to sell the Beatport Assets.”
而Beatport是一個指標性的網站，不曉得售出之後又會有什麼樣的改變?
